About Gatti House
Situated at 410 The Strand in the heart of London, is a landmark project reflecting the epitome of luxury and sophistication. The space is designed to exude elegance, combining modern design elements with timeless quality. The interiors boast silk carpets and reclaimed timber floors, delivering a plush and refined ambiance suitable for high-profile clients and discerning visitors. Working in close collaboration with Blenheim House Construction, the project aimed to revitalise this historic building while preserving its grandeur. The client’s vision for Gatti House was to create a space that seamlessly blends heritage with contemporary luxury, ensuring every detail contributes to an exquisite and welcoming environment for all who enter.
Challenges
One of the significant challenges of the project was the restricted access, with a single doorway being the only entry and exit point. This necessitated craning carpets and wood onto the roof and manually transporting them to the lower floors. Additionally, the proximity to the Adelphi Theatre required careful planning and consideration to minimise disruption and respect the high-profile nature of the adjacent building.
